STANDARD FEATURES ON ALL BULK BAG FILLERS

Bulk bag fillers are furnished with a natural gum rubber inflatable fill head for dust-free operation. Operator control is via a selector switch station to inflate/deflate. The concentric inlet allows product flow thru an 8" diameter inlet spout, with dust evacuation via the 8" I.D. × 10" O.D. concentric, perforated, outer circle of the spout. Connection of the dust outlet port can be to your existing dust collection system or our standard breather type dust filter.

The inlet flow control to the bulk bag loaders and loaders are optional. It can be a slide gate, tubular vibratory feeder, or screw conveyor, depending upon the type of product being handled. This component is supported from overhead supply hopper.

The Standard Bulk Bag Loader Control Panel is furnished loose for wall or pedestal mounting. The NEMA 12 enclosure houses the start/stop buttons and digital weight indicator.

Heavy duty, pillow block mounted, bag support arms, pivot downward to release bag loops and flip back upwards to give bag a good squared bag stance, ready for loading.

Permanent lubricated air cylinders provide the pivot action, easily controlled by operator via a selector switch station. Support arms can be manually adjusted to suit varying bag widths.
